I met Lindsey & AJ at their place in the Pearl District last Saturday for engagement photos. These two are both graphic designers and self described “sci fi geeks” (check out the super creative, outer space themed, save the date cards that they designed for their wedding!) As I walked into their place I was immediately drawn to their Adel Lewis Toy Stories prints, so so funny! I’m pretty sure I laughed out loud
Lindsey & AJ collect all sorts of toys, artwork, and nifty do dads. If you’re a fan of Dr. Who you will appreciate their Tardis below. I also really loved these three Berkley Illustrations directly below.
We had a lot of fun and walked all over the Pearl District taking photos. It was a lovely little outing on a perfectly beautiful spring day! We stopped by Tanner Springs Park, Jamison Park, Cargo, and ended up at Lovejoy Bakers for some yummy snacks! With all that walking around can you blame us for getting our snack on? I can’t wait to shoot their wedding at the Castaway next fall!

Sophie and Jeremy were married last week at Burnside Brewery in Portland Oregon. They chose an intimate ceremony with close family and friends. The brewery’s rustic decor is right up my alley. We even got to go into the brewing where house and snap a few quick pics! The celebration continued later that evening at the atmospheric Clark Lewis restaurant and yes their cake was delicious!!
